We provide professional, commercial-grade embroidery using our high-speed, multi-needle Ricoma MT-1501 production system.

To ensure the highest quality results, we stitch directly onto customer-provided garments and items. Please review our flat-rate pricing tiers, strict sampling requirements, stitch count limits, and standard setup fees below.

📋 Order Minimums & Turnaround

• Individual Clients: 3-item minimum per design.
• Corporate/Business Clients: 5-item minimum per design.
• Standard Turnaround: 7 to 10 business days from the date of final sample approval.
• Need fewer items? Ask us about our Small-Batch Setup Fee ($20.00) to accommodate orders below our standard minimums.

🧵 Mandatory Stitch-Out & Sample Policy

Because different fabric types react uniquely to high-speed commercial stitching, all clients must provide exactly one (1) extra sample garment/item for setup and testing.

1. We will perform a physical stitch-out test on this exact fabric to ensure proper stabilization, tension, and design clarity.
2. We require your final approval of this physical sample before we begin production on the rest of your order.
3. Please note: Your production turnaround timeline begins after you approve this test stitch-out.

🪡 High Stitch Count Surcharges (Over 10,000 Stitches)

Large, highly detailed, or solid fill designs take significantly longer to run on the machine. Designs exceeding our base 10,000 stitch count limit are subject to the following add-on rates per item:

• 10,001 to 15,000 Stitches: +$3.00 per item
• 15,001 to 20,000 Stitches: +$6.00 per item
• 20,001 to 25,000 Stitches: +$9.00 per item
• 25,001+ Stitches (Jacket Backs / Full Fills): Requires custom quoting based on a rate of +$0.60 per additional 1,000 stitches.

• Puff / 3D Foam Embroidery: +$4.00 per item (Adds dramatic, raised 3D depth to structured caps or heavy hoodies).
• Custom Fabric Applique: +$5.00 per item (Combines fabric backing with a heavy satin border stitch).
• Metallic or Specialty Threads: +$2.00 per item (Adds gold, silver, neon, or reflective highlights).
• Velcro Patch Creation: +$3.50 per item (Stitches design into a clean patch with hook-and-loop backing).

🛠️ Setup & Premium Add-Ons

• One-Time Digitizing Fee: $30.00 (Converts your logo file into an embroidery-ready format. Kept on file permanently for future orders).
• Single-Line Text / Name Personalization: $8.00 per item (Using standard, built-in machine fonts. Perfect for uniform name slots).
• Multi-Color Premium (7 to 15 colors): +$1.50 per item.
• Additional Placements: Full base rate applies to each extra location (e.g., left chest + right sleeve).

⚠️ Customer-Provided Item Policy

Because we are embellishing items provided directly by the client, please note the following operational terms:

1. Spoilage Waiver: Commercial embroidery involves high-speed machinery, heavy needles, and intense mechanical pressure. While rare, machine malfunctions can occur. We require a signed liability waiver stating we are not responsible for replacing customer-supplied garments in the event of an unavoidable machine error.
2. Condition of Items: All items dropped off for embroidery must be brand new, unwashed, and free of dirt, pet hair, or strong odors. [1]
